The Production Phase

Once the design has been finalized we will begin the production of your custom wrap. All Designs are re-verified with actual measurements to the Vehicle prior to printing and laminating your Mad Wrap. Your Wrap design is printed on our state of the art  Mutoh Value Jet printer with Wave technology. This technology eliminates banding commonly experienced with Ink Jet printers. All Mad Wraps are printed with Eco-Solvent Inks. These inks will last 3+ years outdoors and when laminated, the Ink color fastness is 5-7 years.  All Mad Wraps are laminated with this UV Clear laminate prior to installation for a long life and a High Gloss finish.

All Mad Wraps are printed at a whopping 1440 dpi. This allows us to produce the highest resolution photographic images with no pixillation.  We print on only the highest quality Vinyl’s made by 3M, Oracal and Avery.  All wraps are warranted for 3-5 year colorfast durability and can easily be removed if you decide to sell your vehicle or when it’s time for a new ad campaign.  It doesn’t matter whether it’s a Door Sign, Graphic, Partial Mad Wrap or a Full Mad Wrap, the Mad Wrapper will go the extra mile to insure you get the very best product at a great price. We even include the removal of the Mad Wrap for free when you’re ready to change ads or sell your vehicle.

Your Custom Mad Wrap will be precision installed to match your final proof as close as possible by certified Installers.  Our certified installers spend the extra time to make sure your Mad Wrap is installer correctly for longevity and pattern match.

All work is done inside in our 2000 sq. ft., enclosed Mad Wrapper facility.  This allows us to control the environment and temperature during installation. Many sign shops do their wrap installations outside where there is no control over temperature, dirt, airborne contamination or humidity.  In our opinion that’s asking for your wrap to delaminate. The Mad Wrapper stands behind it’s work 100%. If we design it, print it and install it, It’s Guaranteed 100% for 3 years!
